"Донбасс возвращается домой! Считаю законопроект своевременным. Прошу депутатов поддержать. Даты референдума — с 23 по 27 сентября", — заявил Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин. Голосование в ДНР будет смешанным: очным и дистанционным.

В тоже время подобные референдумы могут пройти в Херсонской и Запорожской областях.
