В Пермском крае в рамках Народного Референдума прошла серия пикетов в Мотовилихинском и Дзержинском районах Перми, а также в городе Кизел.

На пикетах, граждан и выражали свое мнение по ключевым 5 вопросам:

- Торговая наценка на продовольствие первой необходимости и лекарственных средств не должна превышать 10%;
- Национализация сферы ЖКХ;
- Снижение пенсионного возраста;
- Принятие закона о «Детях войны»;
- Гарантированное рабочее место и доступное жилье для молодежи.

В Мотовилихинском районе Перми мною проведён прием граждан.

Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
