И я чувствую (ха, захотелось здесь написать это слово), что личная работа со своими чувствами - это суперважный пазл, по сути, соединяющий ум и тело. Именно здесь, как мне сейчас видится, находится тайна целостности.
Ум всегда улетает, всегда. Будучи только телом и в теле ('без ума') легко придти в состояние без страданий, но в реальной жизни не получится быть и жить только телом [это не человеческий способ жизни]. Т.е.это тоже своего рода вылет из реальности.
А чувство - это прям 'сердце', центр, суть. Чувства и баланс тела и ума внутри чувствования. Это как будто и значит - быть в реальности, в её человеческом изменении.
