Это вечерний гимн, «светильничная молитва», т. е. молитва на час захода солнца и зажигания светильника. Гимн рано начал использоваться в монастырском богослужении. Вслед за Амвросием на тот же час пишет стихотворение Пруденций, так что к нему мы тоже обратимся в ближайшее время.

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
