Второй Всероссийский форум ЛДПР «Плечом к плечу. За Русскую Победу!» обсудил важную тему роли женщин и психологической поддержки участников СВО. На мероприятии был проведен открытый диалог «Защитницы Отечества», который модерировала сенатор РФ от ЛДПР Елена Афанасьева. Ключевыми решениями стали:

— Учреждение медали «Материнский подвиг» для награждения матерей, поддерживающих военнослужащих.
