Wir sind immer mit allem verbunden, meistens unbewusst. Es ist jedoch die bewusste Verbindung, die uns in unserer geistigen Entwicklung schneller weiter bringt.
Verbindungen bewusst zu spüren, oder uns bewusst zu verbinden, aktiviert auch unsere Erinnerungen und unsere Fähigkeiten, die in uns noch etwas am Schlafen sind.
Beispielsweise können wir uns mit den Elementen Erde-Wasser-Feuer-Luft verbinden, indem wir bewusst mit den Füssen auf der Erde stehen, unsere Aufmerksamkeit auf einen See, oder Fluss richten, uns mit der Sonne und mit dem Wind verbinden... ...und hineinfühlen.
Es gibt uns Stabilität, Kraft und gleicht aus.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
