Мяско в сухарях
Ингредиенты:
Свинная вырезка 400 гр.; Яица 2 шт.; Панировочные сухари 0,5 стакана; Соль по вкусу; Подсолнечное масло для жарки.
Рецепт:
Мясо режем на небольшие кусочки, толщиной около 1 см. Отбиваем.
В отдельную мисочку разбиваем яица, солим, перемешиваем и кладём в нее сразу все кусочки отбитого мяса и перемешиваем, пока всё мяско не будет покрыто яйцом.
В другую миску высыпаем панировочные сухари и по очереди обваливаем кусочки мяса, покрытые яйцом.
Готовые кусочки выкладываем на разогретое масло в сковородку.
Обжариваем на среднем огне до готовности с двух сторон (10-12 минут).
