С сайта Газпромбанка, который вчера, 21 ноября, попал под санкции Минфина США, исчезла возможность оформить карту UnionPay. Газпромбанк это пока никак не комментировал. Также сегодня, 22 ноября, банк отменил снятие наличных без комиссии с кредитных карт UnionPay. Изменения вступят в силу с 26 ноября. Комиссия за снятие будет составлять 5,9% и 590 руб. Ранее до 50 тыс. руб. с кредитной карты можно было снять без комиссии, пишет kommersant.ru.
