Изменения в закон о военной службе

Подписчики прислали текст поправок в закон «О воинской обязанности и военной службе».

Эти изменения:

— Легализуют создание единых пунктов призыва в городах федерального значения и других муниципалитетах.

— Позволят отправлять призывников на службу по старым решениям призывных комиссий.

— Закон будет применяться к решениям призывных комиссий, вынесенных в осеннюю призывную кампанию.

По сути, это еще один шаг к упрощению мобилизации и укреплению призывной системы.

The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
