Азиатский банк развития даст Кыргызстану $109,5 млн на реконструкцию участка «Барскоон – Каракол» Иссык-Кульской кольцевой автодороги протяженностью 75,2 километра, сообщили в Жогорку Кенеше (республиканском парламенте).
Из этих денег $87 млн выделят в виде кредита и еще $22,5 млн — в качестве гранта.
Кредит предоставят на 32 года. Из них 8 лет — льготный период с процентной ставкой в 1% годовых, и 24 года — с процентной ставкой в 1,5% годовых.
