А то получается так: управляем мы сами, бюджеты "пилим" на своё усмотрение, а как дело до ответственности - так пусть всё решают региональные власти. Так не пойдёт. Это не правильно. За провалы в управлении надо отвечать лично.
Поэтому - только уголовное дело, и только разбираться по полной программе. С Дейнекой и все его гоп-компанией.
