Проверка назначена по указанию из Центрального аппарата Следственного комитета России.
По результатам проверки возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 2 ст. 132 УК РФ и ч.3 ст. 163 УК РФ. Дело принято к производству Первым отделом по РОВД СУ СКР по Тюменской области.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
