Армения готова согласиться на роспуск Минской группы ОБСЕ по карабахскому урегулированию в том случае, если Азербайджан заявит об отсутствии претензий. Об этом сообщил на пресс-конференции премьер-министр Армении Никол Пашинян.
«Если нет конфликта, то в чем смысл существования формата, обслуживающего конфликт. Но мы хотим быть уверенными, что и для Азербайджана роспуск Минской группы ОБСЕ имеет то же значение», — сказал Пашинян.
Сегодня же он заявил, что ему «не о чем говорить с Лукашенко».

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
