من شش ماه اول سال با کمک دفتر برنامه ریزی شما هم توانستم در درسم موفق شوم و هم مطالعه کتابهای غیر درسی و دینی را شروع کردم هم بالاخره شروع به باشگاه رفتن کردم! ✌️
با این که حجم درسها بالا بود و بایستی مثل بچه کنکوری ها درس می‌خواندم اما تونستم در کنارش به تهذیب و ورزش بپردازم. حالا هم از نماز صبح ساعتی گذشته و طبق برنامه دارم به روحم غذا میدم!
الحمدلله در امتحان بورد تخصصی زنان جزو ده درصد اول شدم و تونستم ده کیلو هم وزن کم کنم...
هرچند خیلی اوقات پیش اومد که نتونستم به برنامه ام عمل کنم اما حداقل میدونستم که در مسیر صحیح قرار دارم. و از این بابت از شما و گروهتون بسیار ممنونم.»

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel.
