Владимир Путин поддержал предложение правительства передать ВТБ контрольный пакет акций Объединённой судостроительной корпорации, которая на сегодняшний день занимает 80% активов отрасли.
Глава ВТБ предложил приватизировать неконтрольные пакеты акций крупных российских компаний, в том числе и ОСК, в апреле этого года. Костин заявил, что в России следует "в разы нарастить" мощности промышленного судостроения — нефтеналивных танкеров, газовозов и др.
Костин выразил сомнение, что корпорация может эффективно справиться с такой задачей, поскольку у нее "довольно большие финансовые сложности". Но у российского бизнеса есть деньги, которые он не может использовать за рубежом.
Тогда в Кремле заявили, что идею приватизации не обсуждают, но теперь ВТБ может инвестировать в судостроение, получив контрольный пакет акций корпорации в управление.
При этом ОСК не будет менять форму собственности и обязательства по действующим контрактам, а акции в полном объеме перейдут в управление ВТБ сроком на 5 лет.
