🦾 Так выглядит первая полностью роботизированная производственная линия, состоящая из отечественных роботов и металлообрабатывающих станков.
Сначала робот-манипулятор от "Роботех" устанавливает заготовку в станок "Бивермини" для предварительной фрезерной обработки, затем манипулятор от "Промобот" осуществляет технологический контроль, а робот от "Роботех" после проверки устанавливает деталь в станок для финальной обработки.
⚙️ Потом робот извлекает готовую деталь и помещает на рабочий стол, где манипулятор от "Эйдос Робототехника" наносит на неё клей, а робот от НПО "Андроидная техника" устанавливает деталь в корпус привода "Харза" от "ИнноДрайв". В итоге логистический робот от "Валдай Роботы" увозит готовое изделие на склад.
⚙️ Увы, вся эта красота и технологическое великолепие, дергающее за струны нашей патриотической души, происходило не на реальном производстве, а на выставке "Иннопром". Но придет время, когда и на заводах всё будет происходить примерно так же.
