С опережением сроков данная инициатива начата на море. В 2021 году на Дальнем Востоке поднято и утилизировано 17 судов. В 2022 году власти планируют поднять и утилизировать 68 судов на Камчатке, Сахалине, в Магаданской области, Хабаровском и Приморском краях, а к 2024-му - в общей сложности 213 судов (из них по 138 объектам государство компенсирует затраты). В рамках федерального проекта «Генеральная уборка» на эти цели заложено финансирование в размере 1,037 млрд рублей. @Ribfront

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields.
