Зампред краевого правительства по соц.вопросам Евгений Никонов заявил, что 65 единиц техники: маммограф, флюорограф, гинекологические кресла, электрокардиографы и многое другое скоро будут работать на пользу граждан.
Удивительно слышать от Никонова что-то кроме истеричных обвинений и угроз. Надеемся, что все это будет исправно работать, а сельские жители в ФАПахсмогут получить квалифицированную помощь с использованием высокотехнологичных аппаратов.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
