❓Что произошло? В одном из интервью первый замминистра строительства и ЖКХ РФ Ирек Файзуллин не исключил, что Казань могут рассмотреть в качестве пилотного города-миллионника, где будут отрабатываться механизмы реновации.
«Надо в качестве пилота ... отработать механизмы [реновации] на примере городов-миллионников. Возможно ли вообще взять какой-то микрорайон, посадить туда современные объекты. Естественно, людям дать квартиры там же — тем, которые там жили. С доплатами, без доплат или один-в-один с теми квартирами, в которых они жили.»
‼️Резюме: В принципе, не важно, кто будет первым: миллионник или «город поменьше». Главное, не превратить полезную программу в очередную «точечную застройку», и дать людям новое комфортное жилье.

Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
