Здесь возведены многоквартирные новостройки, а сам район является густонаселённым. Однако ближайшая ООТ находилась на значительном расстоянии от указанного места, что создавало неудобства для проживающих здесь горожан.
🚏По просьбе жителей ООТ была установлена. Кроме того, рядом с ней обустроен пешеходный переход, что делает передвижение пешеходов более безопасным и удобным.
