Но… Но картину стоит смотреть. Смотреть ради блестящей игры Алексея Филимонова. Ему удалось осовременить престарелого Моргенштерна времён сталинизма и исполнить композиции Вертинского лучше, чем сам Вертинский. Пошлые и туповатые песенки прокуренных эмигрантских кабаре, как оказалось, могут звучать актуально и в наше время.
