Соответствующий указ Владимира Путина опубликован на сайте Кремля.

Согласно указу, люди, которые хотят переехать в Россию из других стран «по мотивам неприятия реализуемой этими государствами политики, навязывающей деструктивные неолиберальные установки», могут запросить вид на жительство в России, даже если они не знают русский язык, российскую историю и ее законы.

Перечень стран с «деструктивными либеральными установками» должен установить МИД РФ. Чтобы получить разрешение на проживание в России, желающие должны обратиться в посольства и консульства РФ в своих странах.

Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number.
