Также под блокировку попал размещенный на сайте проект помощи эмигрантам «Ковчег». В рамках этого проекта волонтеры давали бесплатные консультации людям, покинувшим Россию после начала войны — по поводу получения документов на проживание, открытия банковских счетов и виз, а также поиска жилья.
«Антивоенный комитет России» создали оппозиционные и общественные деятели, находящиеся в эмиграции. Среди них — Михаил Ходорковский, Дмитрий Гудков, Гарри Каспаров, Владимир Кара-Мурза, Сергей Гуриев, Борис Зимин,Евгений Чичваркин.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
