شکایت شرکت چینی از مرسدس ❗️
در یک اقدام عجیب شرکت چینی چری که خود مانند دیگر هموطنانش به کپی کاری از محصولات سایر خودروسازها شهرت دارد از شرکت مرسدس بنز به خاطر نقض حقوق #مالکیت_معنوی به دادگاهی محلی شکایت کرده .
چری ۲سال پیش مدل برقی اتومبیل شهری خود یعنی QQ (در ایران MVM 110S ) را با نام eQ و فقط مختص بازار داخلی چین عرضه کرد.از قضا مرسدس همین نام را به عنوان زیرمجموعه اتومبیل های الکتریکی خود برگزیده.
دولت #چین تسهیلات فوق العاده ای برای اتومبیل های برقی در این کشور در نظر گرفته ک می‌تواند چین را تبدیل به بهشت خودروهای الکتریکی نماید و قطعا مرسدس نیز بدش نمی‌آید از این بازار بهره‌ای ببرد. اما از طرف دیگر عرضه محصولات بنز با برند EQ قطعا به بازار چری eQ ضربه خواهد زد و این شرکت چینی را از سود سرشاری محروم خواهد نمود.
مرسدس نام EQ به معنی هوش الکتریکی را از عبارت IQ اقتباس نموده وهیچ شباهتی نیز بین اس یو وی کانسپت پیشرفته بنز با اتومبیل ۵۷ اسب بخاری چری که ۱۲۰ مایل برد داشته و ۹۶۰۰ دلار قیمت دارد وجود ندارد./دنیای خودرو
