Получил ответ на свой запрос от Избирательной Комиссии Томской области. Если кратко — порядок установленный ЦИК не позволяет самостоятельно что-либо организовывать — все в руках Москвы.

Напомню- председатель Центризбиркома Элла Памфилова заявила, что ЦИК РФ не против, чтобы регионы вели видеотрансляцию с участков за свои средства.

Не пойму — Интерфакс и остальные СМИ переврали слова Эллы Александровны? Если она говорит - «РЕГИОНЫ МОГУТ», а регионы говорят — не можем.... кто прав?

Если вопрос исключительно в деньгах — так скажите СКОЛЬКО? Я готов машину свою продать или кредит взять и оплатить эту возможность видеотрансляции для всех жителей области. Пишу следующий запрос в ЦИК.
