Непонятно, например, почему когда США, ЕС и Великобритания «начинают переговоры» (starting talks) с повстанцами, это обозначено красным пунктиром, а когда Иордания, Саудовская Аравия и ОАЭ reaching out – серым? Учитывая что и российское in contact с повстанцами, и иранское abandoned режима Асада обозначено так же.
Но все равно полезная шпаргалка, пока все опять не переигралось.

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
