Комісія визначатиме компенсації за збитки, завдані Україні внаслідок агресії рф.

Очікується, що міжнародний договір буде підписано до кінця року.

Загалом буде відкрито понад 40 категорій заяв, які охоплять увесь спектр збитків, втрат та шкоди, завданих внаслідок російського вторгнення.
