Внешне поганки похожи на уток, но на самом деле не являются их родственниками. Латинское название поганок – Tachybaptus, что в переводе означает «быстро тонущая». Оно связано со способностью птицы виртуозно нырять за добычей. Вместо перепонок на каждом пальце лап у них находятся «лопасти».

Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
