Воронежский депутат поможет Дому культуры с ремонтом
В Доме культуры микрорайона Репное побывал депутат Воронежской городской Думы Андрей Зачупейко. Ранее парламентарий оказал значительную поддержку этому культурному центру, выделив деньги на покупку современного музыкального оборудования. Благодаря его инициативе в рамках выполнения депутатских наказов учреждение получило 200 тысяч рублей на обновление технической базы.
Заведующая Домом культуры Наталья Цацулина отметила, что главный зал учреждения нуждается в косметическом ремонте. Депутат заверил, что включит этот проект в список приоритетных задач при исполнении наказов избирателей.

Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government.
