Прокуратура Магаданской области утвердила обвинительное заключение по уголовному делу в отношении бывшего руководителя управления Федеральной службы судебных приставов Магаданской области. По версии следствия, с мая 2019 г. по апрель 2021 г. обвиняемый состоял в должности главного судебного пристава Магаданской области. Пользуясь своим служебным положением, он требовал от подчиненных передать ему начисленные им премии. В результате противоправных действий работники передали злоумышленнику более 470 тысяч рублей.
