🏛Новый национальный музей Бурятии объединит три действующих музея, что позволит обновить экспозицию, разместить более 3,5 тыс. экспонатов под одной крышей и создать 73 рабочих места для деятелей культуры.
🎭Театрально-культурный центр «Байкал» станет домом для труппы национального театра песни и танца «Байкал», которая в настоящее время не имеет собственного здания. Это позволит увеличить количество спектаклей в два раза и в четыре раза расширить зрительскую аудиторию.
Оба проекта мастер-плана Улан-Удэ реализуются в рамках преференциального режима территории опережающего развития (ТОР). @
