Конечно, с технической точки зрения хороший организатор с мандатом действий от первого лица должен добиться успеха, но без концепции общей политики на Южном Кавказе стратегического успеха не видать. Сама Россия должна определится, что ей нужно в Закавказье, а вот с этим большие проблемы. @
