Усадьба Грачевка в Ховрино — копия казино в Монте-Карло

Ныне сохранившееся здание усадьбы построено в начале XX века

Усадьба и прилегающие к ней земли переходили из рук в руки на протяжении нескольких веков. Дворец, сохранившийся до наших дней, был построен при графе Грачевом, купившем поместье в 1895 г. За два года он привел имение в порядок. В 1900 г. архитектором Г.А. Кайзером по проекту Л. Кекушева был построен дворец. На рубеже веков в Ховрине собирался цвет интеллигенции: здесь писал свои картины К.В. Лемох, А.Н. Толстой и др.

Сейчас здесь находится "Московский областной клинический центр восстановительной медицины и реабилитации"
