Фасад нормальный, всегда радуюсь красному кирпичному. Нет балконов, но может оно и к лучшему? Главное, адекватная этажность и контекстность.
Из интересного — сделали прокол 2мя арками, что сократит пешеходные маршруты. Мелочь, которую сейчас часто забывают.
Благоустройство вокруг не закончено, но здесь ничего интересного не ожидается.
