Помните, как столичные власти обещали застраивать высотными домами по реновации не более 25% от общего числа жилья? Ровно так и получается. Только с точностью наоборот.
На основе заявлений столичных чиновников, а также открытых данных из интерактивной карты фонда реновации мы проанализировали все 238 введенных стартовых домов. И обнаружили интересные цифры, которыми хотим поделиться:
❗️ Главный итог — лишь 26,9% или 64 дома среди заселяемых новостроек соответствует критериям высотности в 6-14 этажей. Остальные 174 дома (73,1%) — это многоэтажки. Несколько лет назад главный архитектор Москвы Сергей Кузнецов заявлял о порядка 2% "высотных доминант" и не более 25% многоэтажек.

All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
