❗️Бывшего директора Управления технического заказчика будут судить в феврале.
Прокуратура утвердила обвинительное заключение в отношении бывшего директора МКУ «Управление технического заказчика» администрации Перми Андрея Кудрявцева. Уголовное дело направлено в суд для рассмотрения по существу, сообщили в ведомстве.
Изначально, летом прошлого года, Кудрявцева отправили под арест в СИЗО, позднее его перевели под домашний арест. В декабре срок меры пресечения был продлен ему до 6 февраля, стало известно журналисту Properm.ru.
Кудрявцев обвиняется в получении взятки от от владельца строительно-монтажного «Треста №6» Сергея Микова (п. «в» ч. 5 ст. 290 УК РФ). Миков после задержания по подозрению в даче взяток при сдаче после ремонта муниципальных объектов сам рассказал следствию, что «подарил» Кудрявцеву земельный участок.

TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
