Как сообщает пресс-служба Сосновского районного суда Челябинской области, Александр Воробьев признан виновным по ч. 3 ст. 264 Уголовного кодекса РФ и приговорен к одному году лишения свободы условно с таким же испытательным сроком. Кроме того, суд наложил дополнительное наказание – запрет на вождение автомобиля в течение двух лет.
Следствие было начато сразу после трагедии, произошедшей на дороге между населенными пунктами Шагол, Красное Поле и Западный обход города Челябинск.
