Ещё один простой супчик. Сохраняйте рецепт❤️

Честно, не ожидала такого от перловки. Ела её раньше только в рассольнике и крайне редко.

1/2 морковки
1/2 луковицы
1 картофелина
60 гр перловки
200 гр куриного филе
Соль, специи по вкусу
Бульона у меня вышло 1,5 л, мы любим погуще))

Готовим 👩🏼‍🍳
☺️Куриный бульон сварить
☺️Пока варится бульон - морковку в мелкую терку, лук кубиком- пассировать на сковороде
☺️Перловку поварить отдельно 25 минут, она получится аль-денте)
☺️Курицу выложить из бульона, разобрать на волокна,
Посолить бульон (у меня + паприка, чеснок и лавровый лист)
☺️Добавить в бульон перловку, поварить 7 минут
☺️Добавить картофель, поварить 15 минут
☺️Добавить лук, морковку, курочку, доварить до мягкости всех овощей
