Сотрудники УВЗ были отмечены орденом «За доблестный труд», которую вручил зампредседателя Совбеза РФ Дмитрий Медведев. Указ о вручении награды президент России Владимир Путин подписал еще в феврале этого года.
«Мне очень приятно находиться здесь, на вашем прославленном предприятии. Хочу вас искренне поблагодарить за то, что оно работает как часы. Особая благодарность тем, кто занимается ремонтом машин на переднем крае боевого соприкосновения, помогает нашим Вооруженным силам. Очевидно, что у нас впереди много работы. Мы все понимаем значение танков и других сложных технических изделий, которые здесь выпускаются», — подчеркнул Медведев.
