♨️مسدودسازی ۳۳۳ صفحه اینستاگرامی افشاگر اطلاعات و تصاویر بیماران
🔹اخیرا انتشار اسناد و اسرار مربوط به بیماران در صفحه برخی از پزشکان و کلینیک‌ها بسیار افزایش یافت و حریم خصوصی بیماران را خدشه‌دار کرده است.
🔹مطابق رویه‌های موجود در نظام سلامت کشور، هرگونه اشتراک‌گذاری محتوای تصاویر و فیلم مربوط به بیماران در صفحات مجازی پزشکان نقض حقوق بیماران محسوب می‌شود و مغایر حریم خصوصی افراد است.
🔹قوه قضاییه اعلام کرد در همین رابطه تاکنون ۳۳۳ صفحه اینستاگرامی که اقدام به انتشار تصاویر و فیلم‌های بیماران می‌کردند، توسط وزارت بهداشت به حوزه قضایی و انتظامی معرفی و اقدامات نسبت به مسدودسازی این صفحات انجام شده است.

However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
