22 ноября 1941 года считается днем рождения Ладожской военно-автомобильной магистрали. Через нее в течение пяти месяцев в Ленинград доставляли продовольствие, боеприпасы, медикаменты, а из блокадного города вывозили голодных и ослабленных горожан. Неслучайно этот путь назвали «Дорогой жизни».
В памятном мероприятии приняли участие жители блокадного Ленинграда, курсанты, учащиеся школ и гимназий города Минска. Заместитель руководителя представительства Россотрудничества в Республике Беларусь Наталья Авралева обратилась к ветеранам-блокадникам со словами благодарности и пожеланием оставаться в строю на долгие годы.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
