Электричество пропало в домах на Волгоградском проспекте и Волжском бульваре в Кузьминках. Улица Юных Ленинцев тоже осталась без света. По словам местных жителей, отключение электричества коснулось не только жилых домов, но и уличных фонарей.

Время от времени свет включался, однако вскоре пропадал. Сейчас жильцы сообщают, что есть проблемы и с отоплением. Ряд домов остался без горячей воды. Официальной информации пока нет. По предположениям самих жильцов, причинами «блэкаута» могли стать большая авария на коммуникациях и недавно произошедший прорыв трубы.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted.
