Его учредителями являются известный в прошлом боксер, экс-депутат мажилиса трёх созывов Серик Конакбаев, его дочь Аяла (через ТОО «Proxymunai»), а также глава департамента переработки и маркетинга сырой нефти ТОО «SSM OIL» Рахман Асамбаев.
В 2022 году предприниматель Икрам Абдукаримовзаявил, что его отчим Серик Конакбаев нанял ОПГ Коспаева, чтобы захватить контроль над «SSM OIL». @nb_kz
