По данным портала hh.ru ситуация на кадровом рынке строительных специальностей за последние три-пять лет ухудшилась. Так, в первом квартале 2024 года было опубликовано более 12,4 тыс. вакансий, что на 18% больше, чем в том же периоде прошлого года. Если сравнивать с ситуацией пятилетней давности, то спрос на специалистов строительной отрасли вырос втрое.
