Можно со мной не согласиться, но самый скучный обзор на Париж - это с Эйфелевой башни. Находится башня не в центре города, как многие думают. Перед ней с одной стороны самые некрасивые лужайки Марсового поля (его планируют реконструировать к Олимпиаде-2024), с другой - мой XV район с многоэтажками, впереди Трокадеро с вечными строительными кранами, и нет вида на саму башню. Прибавьте к этому железные ограждения вокруг и толпы людей, и ради этого ты должен был стоять в очереди час, а то и больше. (Снимки сделаны в феврале 2018).

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
