Военнослужащего, который снимает все происходящее на видео, зовут Илья Путте, 19.06.1986 г.р., позывной “Латыш”.
Родственники военнослужащих подразделения заявляют о вымогательствах, избиениях и “обнулении” бойцов со стороны командиров. Согласно слов потерпевших, в бесчинствах также принимает участие командир штурмового отряда майор Щекочихин Олег Владимировичс позывным “Игрок” (не присутствует на видео), который в январе был представлен к награде "Герой России".
