У Набиуллиной давнешняя идея-фикс по таргету по инфляции – 4%. Но реальность такова, что текущие темпы цен далеки от желаемого. И ставка в 21% — не на пару месяцев. Это долгосрочная стратегия. Теперь ожидать резкого снижения в 2025 году явно не стоит.
Кто выигрывает? Банки, которые зарабатывают на дорогих кредитах и спекулятивных вложениях.
Кто проигрывает? Все остальные.
ЦБ выбрал жесткую терапию. И если пациент выдержит, то, возможно, инфляцию удастся обуздать. А если нет — ждите рецессию.
И пора готовиться к тому, что дорогие деньги — это надолго. И пока ЦБ борется с инфляцией, экономика будет платить за это высокую цену.
