Советская милиция с этим маньяком разобралась, а вот современная молдавская власть с преступностью явно не справляется. Но зачем говорить о росте преступности сегодня, если можно отвлечь людей рассказами о «страшном прошлом»? Советский, все-таки маньяк) Очередная попытка переключить внимание от провалов Санду? Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said.
