Ранее Роснедра отозвали лицензию у структуры группы. Провести новый аукцион, участвовать в котором могли структуры с участием "Ростеха", планировалось в декабре. Но "Интергео" намерена обжаловать решение регулятора.
Суд уже приостановил проведение аукциона на Ак-Сугское месторождение на время судебного процесса.
Также "Интергео" требовала приостановки действия решения Роснедр на время спора, но в этом суд отказал.
