По факту конечно должна быть система оповещения о работе самолетов в районе таких объектов. Но про неё или забыли или на неё забили. Ну а системы "свой чужой" конечно ни на кукурузнике, ни у охранников нет.
Собственно все живы и это уже можно считать успехом….
